Showroom expansions at NeoCon 2025: strengthening the design community

Design powerhouses are doubling down on their presence. Many are growing their showrooms to reflect expanded product lines and bold new directions, including:

  • Wolf-Gordon (3-100) – specialists in wallcoverings, textiles, and surfaces
  • Davis Furniture (3-115) – legacy brand pushing contemporary comfort
  • Green Hides (1062) – known for sustainable leather
  • Turf (1048) – launching a 20,000-sq.-ft. Design Experience Center
  • Andreu World (300) – doubling its space to 20,000 sq. ft.

THE MART’s latest signings breathe new life into the showroom mix. Since 2024, more than 175,000 square feet have been leased to brands ready to make their mark. Debuting at NeoCon are:

  • HÅG (1085) – ergonomic seating specialists
  • Baresque (394) – acoustic innovation from Zintra, FUNC., Botton, Gardiner
  • West Elm Work (10-165) – style meets function
  • Viccarbe (10-152) – sleek Spanish furniture
  • Arktura (10-154) – leaders in ceiling and wall systems

NeoCon 2025 keynote speakers

This year’s theme for talks is ‘Design Ahead’  

Opening Day – June 9
Annie Jean-Baptiste kicks off NeoCon 2025 with her keynote, Designing for Global Innovation, presented by IIDA. She’ll share real-world examples and show how inclusive, human-centered design drives impact.
“I’m excited to speak at NeoCon 2025,” says Jean-Baptiste. “Innovation thrives when we design with global inclusion in mind.”

Day Two – June 10
Alice Rawsthorn takes the stage with Design as an Attitude, presented by ASID. She’ll explore how design can build safer, fairer, and more prosperous lives.
“Design is a force for change,” says Rawsthorn. “I’m thrilled to share this message at NeoCon 2025.”

Final Day – June 11
Chris Barton will close out NeoCon 2025 with Bring Impossible Ideas to Life, presented by BIFMA. He’ll reveal how creativity and persistence powered the creation of Shazam.
“At NeoCon 2025, I’ll show how bold thinking turns the impossible into reality,” says Barton.
