The 2023 edition of CES introduced the theme ‘Human Security for All’ for the first time, in collaboration with the United Nations Trust Fund for Human Security and the World Academy of Science. This edition emphasized sustainability and human rights, aligning with the United Nations’ definition. Exhibitors and speakers focused on providing solutions to global challenges impacting various industries. The exhibition featured a diverse program of talks, exhibits, and immersive displays. It showcased life-changing advances in mobility, digital health, sustainability, and more.

From agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, games, and even space, CES 2023 showcased ingenious innovations that bolstered public confidence in the promise of technological advancements.
With 3,200 exhibitors covering an exhibition area of nearly 2.2 million net square meters, CES 2023 surpassed the size of CES 2022 by an impressive 70 percent. Among the 117,000 visitors, over 4,800 were media members, with 35.5 percent of the 41,869 attendees coming from abroad. The areas of most significant interest included AI, vehicle technology, IoT, sensors, and augmented and virtual reality. Anticipating a continued focus on these technologies, CES 2024 is poised to be another groundbreaking event.

As we reflect on the success of CES 2023, anticipation grows for CES 2024, where the industry can look forward to even more cutting-edge advancements and groundbreaking revelations.
The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) announced that CES is poised to replicate and surpass the success of the 2023 edition. Scheduled for January 9-12, CES 2024 anticipates over 3,500 exhibitors, more than 130,000 visitors, and over 1,000 startups within Eureka Park.

Key technology categories expected at CES 2024 include AI, sustainability, startups, digital health, transportation, and mobility. The LVCC West Hall will host over 300 companies, while the West Plaza will feature self-driving demonstrations and EVTOL exhibits. Notable global brands in attendance will include Amazon, BMW, Bosch, Caterpillar, Google, Honda, Hyundai, Intel, John Deere, LG Electronics, L’Oreal, Mercedes-Benz, Panasonic, Qualcomm, Samsung, Sony, Stellantis, and Vizio.

The CES Innovation Awards program is an annual competition honoring outstanding design and engineering in consumer technology products. The program recognizes honorees in a multitude of consumer technology product categories and distinguishes the highest rated in each.
