The next edition of Milano HOME, 2024, hosts products that stand out for uniqueness and sustainability. The more than 430 exhibitors, in fact, are well-known brands, but also start-ups or small companies made in Italy. They have in common that they display unique, original and sustainable products.

Winetage, for example, is a very young start-up made in Italy with a conscious approach to upcycling natural materials. Oakwood recovered from barrels is the primary material of handcrafted furniture and furnishings. Lifestyle, instead, characterizes the handcrafted collections made in Italy by Fade Maison; Vesta, on the other hand, always proposes new and high-quality objects in acrylic crystal, in different patterns and colors. Digital Design – Mille997 produces furnishing objects with trendy, eco-friendly materials; Udine-based brand Grattoni, on the other hand, makes furnishing accessories that keep tradition and new trends in balance.
Also, there is no shortage of top European tableware brands, such as Lalique, Rogaska and Venini, Weissestal, or Eat My Sock by Moroni Gomma.

Alongside the exhibition, Milan HOME 2024 organizes several training meetings.
Milan Polytechnic: The Shape of Things
Francesco Scullica, professor at the Milan Polytechnic, and architect Fabio Daglio, lead two talks about new ways of living and buying. The new nomadism and housing tourism create new spaces. What relationships do objects establish with these temporary spaces?
On the other hand, the second talk by Politecnico di Milano explores what characteristics a retail space must have today. In digital times, what emotions must the store convey to attract customers so now so difficult?

Platform: Inhabiting the Present
At Milan HOME 2024, Platform has invited twelve female architects who will talk about how they design spaces. The authors will explain how they interpret different lifestyles through their designs. And how they choose objects for environments, collaborating with artisans with whom they sometimes design objects themselves.

The KI-LIFE Sustainable Award, now in its third year, is conceived and promoted by Kiki Lab. It is open to Italian and international companies that stand out for their social responsibility, and sustainable, environmentally friendly products. The award is open to all product sectors.
